It started with a notebook.
Before Nuvo was an app or a brand, it was a worn-out notebook full of training plans and meal ideas, written by hand in Athens for anyone who asked me for help.
I walked into my first gym at 16, skinny, nervous, with no idea what I was doing.
I learned the hard way. I followed programs that weren’t made for me, diets that left me hungry and tired, and advice that changed every week. I trained for several years and seeing little progress, because nobody gave me any advice on how to train correctly to achieve the great physic and weight lifting.
When things finally clicked, it wasn’t because of a magic workout. It was because I had a plan that fit my life: my schedule, my body, the food I actually liked.
So I started helping others.
Friends first. Then friends of friends. I’ll never forget the message from a client who sent me a photo of herself doing her first pull-up, after six months of work and effort.
Every person was different: different goals, different injuries, different lives. But they all needed the same thing I once needed. I built Nuvo to give people the plan I wish I had. Not more motivation. A plan built for them.
That’s why Nuvo exists.
I wanted to give that same personal plan to anyone, anywhere. So I built the Nuvo app. It asks the questions a good coach asks: your goals, your health, your schedule, the food you love and the food you can’t stand. Then it builds a training plan and a meal plan around you, and I review it like I would for any client.
Then came the clothes.
I wanted gear that matched the mindset: simple, strong and made to be used. No loud logos, no fake promises. Just one symbol, the red Ember Leaf.
The leaf stands for the food that fuels you. The barbell inside it stands for the work you put in. Together, they’re the whole idea: you can’t build one without the other.
Every Nuvo piece is printed to order, just for you. No overproduction, no piles of unsold stock, and less waste.
Who it’s for
For the beginner who’s scared to walk into the gym. For the calisthenics athlete chasing their first muscle-up. For the lifter grinding through a bad day. For anyone who shows up when it’s hard.
This is still just the beginning, and I’m glad you’re here for it.
Fuel. Lift. Grow.
