Shipping Policy
Every Nuvo item is printed to order just for you. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Where we ship
We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Processing time
Because each item is made to order, production takes 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery time (after your order ships)
- Greece and EU: 3–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
- United States: 3–8 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. At busy times, such as holidays or sales, delivery can take a little longer.
Shipping costs
- EU: €4.90
- United Kingdom: £4.50
- United States: $4.95
Free shipping on orders over €70 (EU), £60 (UK) or $80 (US).
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and import fees
Most orders are produced in the region they’re delivered to, so customs fees are rare. If any duties or taxes apply, they will be shown at checkout where possible. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders with several items
Items in the same order may be produced in different locations, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to fix it before production starts. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived 15 business days after shipping, contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.
